Who we are
Grace Health Centre was established in 1986 to serve patients in northwest GTA; with a particular desire to help under-served individuals within its community. We serve our diverse patients with genuine respect and love irrespective of their language, religion, culture and background. Our patient population includes new immigrants, low-income families and vulnerable individuals.
Too often, patients who suffer from physical and mental illness need more than just prescribed medications to address the root problem of their illness; those problems can be emotional, relational and/or spiritual in nature. At Grace Health Centre, we thrive with energy to see our patients experience deep, long-lasting healing through our holistic approach.
You will be joining congenial and passionate physicians in either a Family Medicine, Psychotherapy, or blended capacity. Would you like to join us in making an impact within our community?
