Black Creek Community Health Centre is a partner with Grace Health Centre. This health centre offers many community services for new immigrants, pregnant moms, seniors, children, and families. Group programs and mental health resources are also accessible.

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP)

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy services are based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches. This program teaches people how to change their patterns of behaviour and thinking. This can improve mental health and make it easier to cope with difficult emotions and situations.

Professional Training Courses

EQ and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) certification/training courses are available to lay professionals and registered licensed psychotherapists, social workers, nurses, and physicians.

These courses are designed to equip you with the knowledge and applications needed to support your community’s mental health using EQ and EFT approaches.
