Research has shown that DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) skills are helpful for controlling one’s emotions and for enjoying a more peaceful relationship with oneself and others, and improving communication with loved ones. Having a support group to keep you accountable and to aid in your skills practice regularly is important and this course is designed for this.
