Just as we have physical body check-ups, we can all benefit from check-ups and support for our individual mental well-being, marriage relationship, and family relationship in a meaningful and holistic way.

There are English and Cantonese resources for individuals, couples, and families related to self-esteem building, relationship conflict management, and marriage enhancement.

Local Community Partnership Resource

Black Creek Community Health Centre is a partner with Grace Health Centre. This health centre offers many community services for new immigrants, pregnant moms, seniors, children, and families. Group programs and mental health resources are also accessible.

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program (OSP)

Ontario Structured Psychotherapy services are based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches. This program teaches people how to change their patterns of behaviour and thinking. This can improve mental health and make it easier to cope with difficult emotions and situations.

Professional Training Courses

EQ and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) certification/training courses are available to lay professionals and registered licensed psychotherapists, social workers, nurses, and physicians.
