Pauline Lam

Pauline is a Registered Psychotherapist with The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO #009450), an ICEEFT Certified EFT Therapist, a Certified Premarital Counsellor (Prepare-Enrich #1319070) and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (Evergreen Certifications #461648).

Pauline graduated from Queen’s University with a B.A. in Psychology and earned both a Masters of Divinity and Masters of Theological Studies with a major in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University.

As a psychotherapist, Pauline specializes in helping families accommodate loved ones with ASD, ADHD, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, individuals with accessibility needs, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She also has extensive experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and spiritual concerns. Using an integrative approach, Pauline incorporates the following modalities into her practice:

Personal Life

Pauline is a high-functioning Asperger who was born and raised in Hong Kong. She came to Canada at the age of 17 and has settled in Ontario ever since.

Prior to becoming a registered psychotherapist, Pauline spent over 20 years as an enterprise strategy consultant and a Certified Design Thinking Coach. During this time, she has gained extensive experience exploring visions, identifying obstacles, and empowering teams in order to drive organizational change for large corporations.

In her own time, Pauline enjoys outdoor adventures with her Golden Pyrenees Zaky. As an award-winning lyricist for Canto-pop music, she also takes joy in casually collaborating with musicians and songwriters around the globe.
