Kathy is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist. She is an accredited member with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Kathy graduated from Tyndale Seminary with a Masters of Divinity in clinical counseling, specializing in relationship problems, self-esteem issues, and emotional disturbance. She is also an accredited member of the Canadian Association for Marriage & Family Therapy (CAMFT), and serves as a pre-clinical fellow with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
Through her work, Kathy is committed to helping you cultivate a more fulfilling and interconnected life, by navigating your inner conflicts and improving your relationships. She is also keen on fostering emotional awareness and self-compassion, considering the profound impact emotions can have on driving positive change. Furthermore, Kathy values privacy and connection, enabling her to collaborate closely with her clients to devise more personalized goals.
