Grace Health Centre is an excellent clinic for locum work. The office operates efficiently and is supported by a highly competent and friendly administrative team. The physicians are collegial, approachable, and always willing to offer guidance. I appreciated the flexibility to set my own schedule, which allowed for a good work-life balance. Additionally, I had the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population, which made for a rewarding and well-rounded clinical experience.
I had a great experience during my GHC locum. The staff were incredibly supportive, and the work environment was warm and welcoming. As a recently graduated physician at the time, I felt there was ample support to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend working here! I was pleasantly surprised by how focused and proactive the administrative staff were in ensuring a seamless patient experience—something that is not the case in every clinic. The patient population was also overall very friendly, which made the work even more rewarding.

I felt like I was well supported by amazing staff who knew all about the fastest specialist referrals in the area and colleagues that I could run medical issues by when I needed advice on what to do. There was a wide variety of patients that I got to interact with and I learned several things from them, including medical terminology in other languages! When I felt like there was equipment that I needed that the clinic did not have, they were very accommodating in getting me the equipment that I wanted and I had a lot of autonomy in deciding how I wanted my schedule to be run. Overall, I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it!
