Just as we have physical body check-ups, we can all benefit from check-ups and support for our individual mental well-being, marriage relationship, and family relationship in a meaningful and holistic way.
We have free EQ course resources, in-house virtual community mental health programs, and local partnership resources for you.

Black Creek Community Health Centre is a partner with Grace Health Centre. This health centre offers many community services for new immigrants, pregnant moms, seniors, children, and families. Group programs and mental health resources are also accessible here.

Professional Training Courses

EQ and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) certification/training courses are available to lay professionals and registered licensed psychotherapists, social workers, nurses, and physicians. 

These courses are designed to equip you with the knowledge and applications needed to support your community’s mental health using EQ and EFT approaches.
