IMPORTANT CLINIC VISIT

COVID-19 NOTICE

At this time, we are continuing the masking policy for all staff and patients by asking that you keep a mask on during your visit. We provide care to some of the most vulnerable people and this is a layer of protection for all.

To decrease the spread of COVID-19 and protect our patients and staff, our clinic is first offering initial assessments of your health concerns by phone or eVisit (video chat). Visit Here for instant personalized medical covid related advice.

Please answer promptly at the arranged appointment time and do not block the doctor’s call. After your phone assessment, the doctor may decide that it is necessary to see you in person at our clinic.

Thank you for your cooperation.
